Annual Membership Directory 2010-2011 Order Form

Every active member of the State Bar of Arizona receives one Annual Membership Directory free of charge. In order to facilitate the mailing of ADDITIONAL copies of the Directory, members can order the Directory for their staff, and have them mailed at the same time. For further savings the State Bar offers the opportunity for attorneys to pick up their Directories at the State Bar offices. The 2010-2011 edition will be distributed about the first week of October 2010.

Directories are available for:

$35 each for members

$49 for non-members

In Arizona, add 9.3% sales tax

+ $3.00 postage/handling charge per Directory

The postage/handling charges are waived for individuals picking up their order at the State Bar Offices. Arizona sales tax still applies.
