Maria L. Bahr is Director of the Lawyer Assistance Programs for the State Bar of Arizona. Ms. Bahr was a public defender for over ten years, and also has experience in a number of areas of private practice.  She received her B.A. from Harvard University, and her J.D. from U.C.L.A. School of Law.

Susan Traylor, Practice Management Advisor
In addition to her 20+ years office management experience, Susan has worked for six years in sole practitioner law firms. Susan has extensive experience in computer technology administration, time and billing, accounts receivable and collections, database management, and legal-specific practice management software for the small and solo firms. As LOMAP’s Practice Management Advisor, Susan advises member attorneys on issues relating to the business of practicing law, with emphasis on selecting and utilizing appropriate technology. Susan travels throughout Arizona to help attorneys and their staff members implement Amicus Attorney, Abacus Law and LexisNexis Front Office powered by Time Matters, including initial and ongoing training and customizations. Mrs. Traylor received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Arizona State University and completed certificate courses in legal assisting from Phoenix College and mediation training from the University of Phoenix.

Tracy L. Ward, Practice Management Advisor
As a Practice Management Advisor, Tracy advises member attorneys on proper trust account maintenance and other issues relating to the business of practicing law.  In addition to her office management experience, she has worked for 10+ years in a small general practice law firm as well as with a legal recruiter.  Tracy travels throughout Arizona to help attorneys and their staff members with law practice management and legal specific software.  Mrs. Ward received her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Arizona State University West.
