Practice Management Advice and Consultation Service
Upon request, the State Bar’s LOMAP Director or Practice Management Advisor will prepare a customized plan to confidentially assess specific areas within a lawyer’s practice. Consultations are most effective if performed in-person and on-site; however, telephone consultations are also available. The cost will vary according to the services obtained. The first half-hour telephone or in-person consultation at the State Bar office is FREE.

Practice Management Assessments
Upon request, LOMAP can conduct a voluntary assessment of your practice and written recommendations.  Please contact the LOMAP staff for more information regarding cost and procedure. (Voluntary Fee Schedule)

LOMAP also handles assessments, which are required by diversion or probation matters from the Probably Cause Panelist and Supreme Court. (Mandatory Fee Schedule)
 
Case Management Software Training, Customization and Consultation

Upon request, LOMAP's Practice Management Advisor, Susan Traylor, is available for legal-specific case management software demonstration, consultation, training and software customization.  The cost will vary according to the services obtained.  The first half-hour telephone, in-person consultation or demonstration at the State Bar office is FREE. Practice Management Seminars
 
Upon request, LOMAP staff will bring CLE programs to Bar Associations, Committees, Sections or other Member groups regarding current practice management topics.
