General forms for use in a law firm.

PACKETS:  (REQUEST A PACKET)
Upon request from a State Bar of Arizona member attorney, LOMAP will send one of the following packets

• Set-Up Packet:  for member attorneys who are either considering setting up a law practice or have recently set-up practice.  This packet includes an array of resource information for establishing a first-time practice and is available at no charge.
• Closing Office Packet:  for member attorneys who are closing their own practice, or assisting another member attorney in closing his or her practice.  This packet includes checklists, sample letters and articles.
• Trust Account Packet: Information regarding trust accounts is currently in the set-up packet. The trust account packet is currently under construction.

LIBRARY:
Through LOMAP, State Bar of Arizona member attorneys have access to practice management books, seminar materials, magazines, newsletters, many of which can be reviewed at the Bar Center in Phoenix, borrowed (on a limited time basis) from the LOMAP library or purchased often at a discount through the LOMAP office.
