The cost will vary according to the services obtained.

Voluntary Services:

            Free 30 minute telephone or in-person at the State Bar of Arizona office consultation.

            Voluntary Fee Schedule – General Practice Management

Mandatory Services by a diversion or probation order:

PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS

1. 5% discount for payment in full within 30 days of assessment.
2. 25% due before assessment or other services are conducted.  Balance may be paid in quarterly or monthly installments.
3. Services may be charged to MasterCard, VISA, American Express, or Discover.
