The Bar's Lawyer Regulation Department believes education goes a long way toward preventing ethical misconduct or poor business practices. The Bar has a variety of programs designed to help attorneys.

Member Assistance Program
The Member Assistance Program (MAP) provides a confidential, personal, and highly specialized service to assist members with substance abuse or mental health problems.

The Member Assistance Program is strictly confidential. No disclosure of information pertaining to program participants, including their identities, will be made.

Law Office Management Assistance Program
This program offers practical advice on how to improve your office systems. Our many services include helping you set up or close a law office, select practice management software, and manage your trust account. Participation can be voluntary or referred through the Bar's lawyer regulation department. Learn more.
